This is why I hate cats. Disgusting creatures who are treated like royalty. Disgusting.
Hardly disgusting creatures, but that woman needs to be checked. “She would like to meet Tiger Woods,” “she would like to meet Oprah,” eesh.
OMG! I would like to know what that woman did to that cat before it “learned” to eat with a fork. Has she strapped the fork onto the cat and we just can’t see? How on earth would a cat hold it anyway? They have no opposable thumb to be able to hold things like that. This woman is seriously lonely and her children need to come and see her more often.
I’ll bet her children are successful at whatever they choose.
You sad sad woman – no normal person does that, and I’m sure she straps the fork (and spoon and CHOP STICKS?????) to the cats paw.
Oh and Tara, cats are not disgusting, they are very clever and very clean. Your comment “this is why I hate cats” – surely you should hate the owners who do such ridiculous things… the cat has been trained to do that, it’s not a natural trait.

Nice detective work, Shay; that is exactly why people are hating on this woman. Jeez.
No offense but you really only revealed your own bigotry and bias with that comment. Not ever problem can be reduced to racial prejudice. Some people just might think treating cats anthropomorphically is silly, regardless of whether the individual is black or white. How do you know what the race of the people who are commenting is in the first place?
Critical thought and questioning is important but one really needs to learn how and when to ask the RIGHT questions. In this case, while racism is an extremely important issue facing our culture toy, I believe your sentiment was inappropriate in this example. In fact, bringing race into this actually just breeds further racial issues and prejudices and this is no good to anyone.
Anyway, I shall step off my soap box now. I am off to teach my cats how to use the toilet. As a white woman, I am sure all of you will find this amazing.

Not haters, is just that is a dumb cat training just not to feel lonely… there is a lot of people that does not have a place to eat, they could share a meal not a cat. I have 4 cats, i love em with all my heart, but i dont see them dinning with me or my family in a near future. I agree with a prev comment: her children need to visit her more.

oh yeah, that cat really looks like it’s suffering. it’s healthy, it lives in a nice home with people who love it. get over it, folks, there’s a lot more injustice in this world than teaching a cat to eat with utensils. and for the record, i’m pretty sure the cat is actually holding the fork.
besides the fact that it’s very hard to train a cat to do anything that you want i think that the video is very funny and unheard of…so what if that lady wants company while she eats? it’s amazing how she managed to do that…and btw i just found this site with very funny and interesting posts, but the comments seem to be made by ppl with lack of humour:)
