Michel Tcherevkoff Art
9 06 2009The life of the law student Michel Tcherevkoff took a different path after a holiday visit to his sister, a model in New York City.
“There was no comparison between my perceptions of what life could be as an advertising photographer and what my life was as a law student.”
Michel calls his style “reality with a twist.” He says, “I photograph what I see rather than what is.”
After his second book, Shoe Fleur: A Footwear Fantasy published in 2007, Michel won 27 international awards for excellence in 2008.

Michel is currently working on two new books in the same vein as Shoe Fleur: transforming flowers into entirely different things. In this case, butterflies and lingerie. Here is a preview of his new books.
