Very interesting looking animal. Thanks for sharing.

As for the comment above, isn't an apology "a written or spoken expression of one's regret, remorse, or sorrow for having insulted, failed, injured, or wronged another: 'He demanded an apology from me for calling him a crook.'" (Dictionary.com)

I understand the need for clairty, but I am not insulted, failed, injured or wronged; therefore, no apology required for me.

I think you will find this animal is not a geep, it is infact a sheep-goat hybrid.

A sheep-goat chimera (sometimes called a geep in popular media) is a chimera produced by combining the embryos of a goat and a sheep; the resulting animal has cells of both sheep and goat origin. A geep should not be confused with a sheep-goat hybrid, which can result when a goat mates with a sheep. (Taken from Wikipedia)

It would be nice to see a published retraction and apology for calling this animal a geep. A sheat or a goshe would be far more acceptable.
