I just a saw a TV program here in the UK were they cooked worms and insects for school children and a very high percentage (girls and boys plus teachers) actually tried the dishes and also liked the taste. :-) Would help feeding the world with high protein foods.

Japanese do not eat insects. They means “Japanese style food in Europe”
In Europe Japanese food is good business but exploat the fact European do not know the really taste of Japanese food and in Europe or even in US they can not recognaze the difference of Taiwan/China, Korea and Japan, foods of the countries is different, but Europa is lacking of Education. Insects are eaten in China and Taiwan, but never in Japan.
