These are called “Ganguro”. It’s a type of fashion statement/lifestyle in Japan. It’s really interesting how many different styles of Harajuku girls there. (Look up Harajuko and Ganguro on the internet to learn more.)

How cool are these people?
I don’t even care what everyone else says or thinks but I personally think that this should be entered in London fashion week or something. I just can’t get over how cool they look =0
