The Megan Fox before and after pictures posted around look the exact same when you ignore the camera work. The only comparison I see is that the before is a day shot while the after is a night shot with an extremely heavy use of flash and longer shutter speed to slur facial and lip lines. The lip shape is the same with a slight lipstick definition change from a thicker application. An injection would alter the corner lines as well as thicken the center area, which show no change. Camera work being used to lead people on again. If she had work done, it wasn’t there.
