If you looked under a microscope you be shocked of whats in our food an don’t forget all the chemicals , At least when you buy something off that table you know what is going into your body.
its all familiar food in Thailand, China…Its all good for human health with rich of protein, anti cancer vitamin…Once try, you would never forget the taste. Its really amazing experience to eat that foods
I can totally get behind the relatively excellent nutrition of eating bugs (of course, I haven’t seen many studies being done at all on it, but we’ll assume they’re all right for the purpose)…but I think I’d have a very hard time making myself eat one if I could see what it was!! Grind it up and cook it in a stew though and I’ll be fine….Just that horrible shell-crunch xD I can’t even step on bugs because of it!
