Trompe-l’œil, (French for “trick the eye”) is an art technique involving extremely realistic imagery in order to create the optical illusion that the depicted objects appear in three dimensions, instead of actually being a two-dimensional painting.

Their sculptures are intended to create a sense of wonder and surprise, both in the subject matter and use of the medium. With the sculptures being of such an ethereal nature, they want to create images which will live long in the memory of the viewer.
